做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
