做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
