做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
