做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
