做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
