做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
