做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
