做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
