做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
