做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
