做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
