做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
