做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
