做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
