做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
