做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
