做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
