做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
