做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
