做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
