做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
