做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
