做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
