做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
