做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
