做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
