做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
