做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
