做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
