做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
