做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
