做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
