做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
