做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
