做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
