做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
