做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
