做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
