做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
