做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
