做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
