做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
