做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
