做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
