做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
