做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
