做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
