做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
