做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
