做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
